To protect everyone’s interests, you have several payment options. All involve some sort of prepayment.
• 100% up front - entitles you to a 10% discount on estimated cost.
• 50% up front/50% upon design completion - entitles you to a 5% discount on estimated cost.
• 30% up front/30% upon design completion/40% prior to delivery - entitles you to a 3% discount on estimated cost.
• No payment up front / with 100% due prior to delivery - entitles you to no discount or guarantee.

Here’s Our Easy-To-Understand Guarantee: If you are not satisfied after the design phase of the project, and do not wish to continue, we will refund any money you’ve paid to Icon Digital Design for that project, less the actual hours and expenses incurred.

Once you’ve established credit (after three jobs with consistent payment or demonstration of the ability to pay) clients qualify for Net 30 terms — all payments due within 30 days after receipt of final invoice. (A client may decide to continue paying at new client terms to get the discounts.) If a client does not pay within the 30-day pay period, we reserve the right to return them to new client terms (along with the accompanying discounts.)
