At Icon Digital we stay involved in our community. We strive to aid in causes or companies that provide valuable information or services that we strongly believe in. Currently, we are working with The Conservation Foundation. The Foundation helps preserve open spaces, cleans up rivers and educates people about the environment. When they are in need of a campaigns to solicit volunteers, get out information, or recruit new members, Icon Digital donates graphic services, video and photography to help get their message out. We have also worked closely with the Naperville Humane Society, The Naperville Heritage Society, and the United Way.

We also feel we gain by mentoring and advising young artists and designers. Their enthusiasm reminds us of the unique skill sets we possess. Their openness to growth, reminds us of our need to keep learning. We often review young artists’ portfolios... and give them the kind of advice we could have used early in our careers. We offer training apprenticeships for recent college graduates. Along with that commitment, we seek to help each team member in our company grow by providing opportunities for learning, the pursuit of artistic interests and building new skills.
